1、平時(shí)加強(qiáng)訓(xùn)練，多聽多練。這樣有利培養(yǎng)語感，適應(yīng)語速。有了一定的語感，跟得上語速，英語聽力能力會(huì)有所提高。這就要求我們?cè)谄綍r(shí)有空拿著音樂播放器來聽聽。把聽英語養(yǎng)成一種習(xí)慣，時(shí)間久了，我們的英語聽力自然就提高了。
2、 多做一些聽力方面的題型。在做題前一定要快速瀏覽一遍題目和選項(xiàng)，了解一下文中大概講的內(nèi)容，以便聽時(shí)有所側(cè)重。在做題的過程有利于培養(yǎng)我們集中精力的好習(xí)慣。也有利于提高我們做題的速度。加強(qiáng)聽力練習(xí)，有助于我們更加的了解考試聽力類型。
3、學(xué)會(huì)預(yù)測(cè)。預(yù)測(cè)是在做聽力理解之前根據(jù)各種暗示,如所給答案選項(xiàng),段落或?qū)υ挊?biāo)題等已有知識(shí)，對(duì)即將聽到的段落或?qū)υ拑?nèi)容進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。這有助于我們對(duì)整個(gè)英語聽力題目有個(gè)大概的了解，選出更加準(zhǔn)確的答案。除此之外，平時(shí)還要打好扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)功，就是豐富自己的詞匯量，以及各個(gè)單詞及單詞組合的用法，英語短語的含義，這些基本功有助于我們更好理解聽力的內(nèi)容。
4、各個(gè)部分的聽力采取適合的應(yīng)對(duì)策略。對(duì)于簡(jiǎn)短對(duì)話，要根據(jù)問題的類型，從第二個(gè)講話者的答語中來捕捉關(guān)鍵詞，把聽力集中范圍鎖定在這些關(guān)鍵詞上。對(duì)于短文，對(duì)話有點(diǎn)長(zhǎng)的，先快瀏覽全部問題，并且第一遍要 應(yīng)仔細(xì)把全文聽完， 弄明白文章在講什么，第二遍才做好記號(hào)，檢驗(yàn)核對(duì)。
