A postdoctoral / research associate position is available immediately in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Wayne State University. Highly motivated scientists are encouraged to apply and join a research team investigating nanoparticle-based pulmonary drug delivery systems. The successful candidate is expected to participate in more than one research project, to contribute to novel experimental designs, to develop, implement, and improve experimental procedures, to process and analyze data, to prepare and edit manuscripts, and to assist in supervising and training graduate students.

Applicant must have a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field and should have a strong desire to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
