1.負(fù)責(zé)管理層例會(huì)以及公司工作會(huì)議的會(huì)前準(zhǔn)備、會(huì)務(wù)組織接待以及會(huì)后服務(wù)工作，以及協(xié)助部門確定會(huì)議安排和有關(guān)人員的預(yù)約； To be responsible for pre-meeting preparation, logistics arrangement and post-meeting services for team meetings and other working conference, to assist the departments with arranging meetings and making appointments with related people.

2.負(fù)責(zé)公司員工的出差安排(包括酒店/機(jī)票/租車等)； To arrange business trips for the company’s employees (including booking hotels, airlines tickets and car rentals etc.)

3.協(xié)助做好日常來(lái)訪接待、來(lái)電來(lái)函等情況處理； To assist with daily visitor reception and to handle in-coming calls and emails.

4.完成公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交派的其他工作。 To undertake other tasks assigned by company’s management team

職位要求： Requirements

1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，文秘、行政、賓館管理類相關(guān)專業(yè)； Bachelors degree and above, majored in secretary, administrative management, hotel management or related fields

2.有較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，服務(wù)意識(shí)強(qiáng)，有較好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力，具備一定人際交往經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)外文字及語(yǔ)言溝通時(shí)能拿捏好分寸； To possess good communication and coordination skills, with strong sense of assistance, good teamwork spirit, good interpersonal skills, and mastering of external communications in both written and oral forms

3.細(xì)心負(fù)責(zé)，事業(yè)心、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，能吃苦耐勞，有良好的素質(zhì)和職業(yè)道德； To be detail-oriented, accountable, and responsible. To be willing to take upon challenges, and to possess good quality of personality and professionalism

4.熟練運(yùn)用辦公自動(dòng)化軟件； To be able to utilize all office automation software

5.流利的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及讀寫能力 Fluent oral and written English skills

6.1-2年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先 1-2 years working experience will be a plus
