汽車安全產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)工程師職位描述：

Major Responsibilities:

• Definition of system development targets according to the legal and customer product/system requirements.
• Main contact person for customer and internal development team concerning all questions to systems engineering and occupant protection. Definition and planning of all system development efforts. Planning and managing of systems engineering work. Close cooperation with Restraint System Manager, Core and Application Engineering
• Technical support for the development of the restraint system including all restraint system functions and products (internal and external)
• Optimization of the restraint system, by setting performance requirements for components (steering wheel systems, airbag systems, seatbelt systems, electronic sub-systems and other modular sub-systems which affect the overall functionality of the restraint system)
• Conducting, ordering and analysing of system specific tests (as e.g. Sled and LIP tests)
• Propose measures on TRW products and external components to improve the overall restraint function
• Preparation and presentation of technical documentations, analysis, presentations and reports in the English language
• Coordination and administration of all information and parts necessary for booking and conducting system testing
• Responsible of system release / recommendation
• Responsible for the system development plan
• Responsible to achieve the required restraint function under consideration of all boundary conditions, like customer specifications, legal requirements, internal specifications, timing and budget

Key Competencies:

• Bachelor or above degree, major in Vehicles Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Good at English, additional languages are a plus
• Good communication skill and time management skill
• Willing to learn, Self-motivation
• Good Knowledge of MS-Office, experience of AutoCAD, CATIA is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• Flexible for business travel
