Roles and Responsibilities:
Training & Development
• Ensure training-related corporate initiatives and activities are consistently implemented and followed
• Implement training programs from facilitate, delivery and post training follow-up, evaluation of effectiveness etc
• Co-ordinate training tracking according to Training Tracking SOP to reinforce learners’ application of what was learned in training to on-the-job behaviors and performance change
• Assist to set up and improve training process, training policy and training platform
Requirement:
• Bachelors Degree above, 1+ years’ training experience with exposure in multi-national company;
• Confident personality and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all kinds of people; quick response and efficient working style
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skill coupled with strong time management skills
• Strong sense of ownership, willing to take initiatives and accountabilities; open minded and team player spirit
• Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications, etc
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
