工作地點(diǎn)：黃浦區(qū)，成都北路南京西路附近

Missions :
- Assist the recruitment consultants in their daily tasks
- Manage candidates’application, update database with relevant information and arrange interviews with consultants
- Follow up on candidates during the recruitment process
- Contact with candidates and clients on behalf of consultants
- Search new clients in order to expand Archibat’s portfolio : Business development through cold calls, emailings, sending brochures
- Help Marketing, Admin and HR department in daily work

Profile :
- 0-2 years working experience
Fresh graduate with relevant internship experience, candidates with few years work experience will also be considered
- Fluency in Chinese and English mandatory, knowledge of French is a plus
- Major in sales related disciplines, marketing or HR (or design related major)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Knowledge of Apple Mac is a plus

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in team, easygoing personality
- Good phone manners
