商務(wù)專員職位描述：
Job Description:

Prepare purchase orders as per stock status & sales forecast and send POs to manufacturers in Europe
Follow up orders and reply to customers on delivery date when necessary
Handle import issues with agent (Imp&Exp company)
Email and document translation
Back up of sales team
Filing of commercial documents
Other work assigned by commercial manager or General Manager and coordinate with other departments to fulfill certain work when necessary

Requirements:
College degree or above. Major in international trade or English is preferred.
Good command of English and Mandarin. CET-6 level is a must. TEM-8 preferred.
Knowledge of computer use and MS office (especially EXCEL and POWERPOINT)

Level of experience:

One-year working experience as commercial assistant is a plus.
Basic knowledge of import and export process is recommended.

Be active and own strong executive capability
Be dynamic, proactive, and customer-oriented with strong service mindset
Have the ability to work independently as well as being a good team player
