Position: Account assistant
Location: Pudong shanghai

Essential Responsibilities:

- Prepare draft journal entries for few new set-up companies;
- Help finance office to prepare bank payments and other bills if necessary;
- In charge of administrative works if required by tax office or the banks.
- Daily works are directly arranged by finance managers.
- Other ad hoc tasks if required.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Fresh graduate in Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance,
- Good communication and presentation skills both in Chinese and English,
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver results within time constraints,
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
