RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide HR operation support to Beijing employees, such as onboard, exit procedures, etc. and make related reports.
2. Support recruiters to arrange recruiting activities and assist in hiring process
3. Responsible for labor contract management of BJ site
4. Filing management
5. Coordinate and facilitate the training activities in BJ and responsible for the training payment
6. Other tasks of Beijing Site HR
REQUIREMENTS
1. University degree in human resources or related fields
2. Good communication skills
3. Initiative and self-motivated team player, able to work under pressure
4. Good planning and organization skills
5. Good English in both oral and written
6. Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. At least 4 months internship and 3 days a week of full time[/size]
