Roles & Responsibilities

[b]RCA(Root Cause Analysis)[/b]
1.Register RCA samples
2.Receive and Distribute RCA samples to RCA engineer
3.Manage RCA samples
4.Organize RCA daily meeting in Beijing office
5.Summarize RCA report

Qualification

1.Must be a in-school graduates of IT-related fields;
2.Must be fluent in writing and reading English, CET6 or equivalent qualification preferred;
3.Must work at least 3 days a week;
4.Must have good communication skills to actively track the information and feedback.
