Our focus is on mobile and cloud-based consumer applications that will have B2C connection. We are starting with a consumer and business application for the global fashion industry and China market.
Responsibilities:
- Interview arrangement
- Logistics preparation for team meeting
- Managers and team members’ travel arrangement
- Support TA to organize team building
- Other admin routine tasks for whole team
Requirements:
- Outstanding teamwork attitude and quick learner
- Skilled in MS office applications, advanced in excel reporting and strong ppt ability
- Good English and Chinese written and verbal communications skills
- Organizational, multi-tasking and coordination skills
- Bachelor Degree Required
- At least 3-4 working days per week
