庫(kù)存車輛盤點(diǎn)員

一般要求
按照庫(kù)存車輛盤點(diǎn)協(xié)調(diào)員的要求，負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)盤點(diǎn)庫(kù)存車輛（包括付款記錄核查），查驗(yàn)車輛合格證。具體包括出差前往經(jīng)銷店、開展現(xiàn)場(chǎng)盤點(diǎn)、記錄盤點(diǎn)結(jié)果、及時(shí)向經(jīng)銷商存貨盤點(diǎn)協(xié)調(diào)員報(bào)告違規(guī)行為及其他嚴(yán)重違反規(guī)定的行為，負(fù)責(zé)收款并在必要的情況下實(shí)施抓車行動(dòng)。

具體職責(zé)
• 根據(jù)盤點(diǎn)計(jì)劃對(duì)庫(kù)存車輛進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)盤點(diǎn)、查驗(yàn)車輛合格證及付款記錄
• 記錄盤點(diǎn)結(jié)果，匯總經(jīng)銷商盤點(diǎn)報(bào)告
• 及時(shí)向經(jīng)銷商存貨融資協(xié)調(diào)員報(bào)告盤點(diǎn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的任何違規(guī)行為及其他嚴(yán)重違反規(guī)定的行為
• 與金融服務(wù)經(jīng)理及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理部門聯(lián)絡(luò)，調(diào)查造成違規(guī)行為的原因
• 解答經(jīng)銷商有關(guān)車輛盤點(diǎn)及合格證盤點(diǎn)的問(wèn)詢
• 負(fù)責(zé)收款及抓車
• 完成主管及經(jīng)理臨時(shí)安排的工作

• 有金融或汽車領(lǐng)域的經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳

General Summary Statement
Responsible for conducting wholesale physical vehicle (including payment record verification) and conformity certificate audits as instructed by Wholesale Audit Coordinator. These would include traveling to dealership, conducting physical audit, recording audit results, reporting to central wholesale operations on timely basis any irregularities or other serious violations found during audit, and conducting wholesale collection activities and vehicle repossession if required..

Typical Duties
• Conduct wholesale physical audit, conformity certificate audit and payment record verification in accordance with the published audit schedule.
• Record audit results, in detail and compile dealer audit report.
• Report to Wholesale Auditor Coordinator on timely basis on any irregularities or other violations found during the audit
• Liaise with DAM and Risk Management team to investigate the cause of irregularities found in the audit
• Resolving dealers query associate with vehicle and CC audits
• Conducting wholesale collection activities and vehicle repossession
• Ad hoc assignment from Supervisor and management on business issues.

Qualification
• Associate degree from formal college or above;
• Certain practical understanding and knowledge of auto financing;
• Customer service focused mind-set;
• Careful, responsible and hard working personality;
• Capability of working independently when required;
• Demonstrates high personal standards of integrity;
• Willing to travel.
