Systems Analysts (SA) work on project teams with other SA s, Application Deve lopers, Data analysts, Solution Quality Analysts, Project/Product Managers (on larger projects) and project stakeholders. The projects may include the imple mentation of new capabilities and processes or enhancements to existing capabi lities and processes. SA s responsibilities includes but not limited to: - Understand, analyze, clarify, and translate business requirements into techn ical or process specifications and serve as liaison between the stakeholder an d project team to realize the business value. - Play the technical lead role to complete the system or solution architecture design and guide the development team throughout the entire design and develo pment phase. May required to manage a team comprised of application developers in this capacity. - Partner with Solution Quality Analyst to complete the planning, coordinating , and conducting the testing. Develop use cases, test cases, test scenarios, a nd/or prototypes and are heavily involved in testing and troubleshooting the a pplication. - May be required to play the Data Analyst role in regional projects to comple te the database architecture design including: data modeling, data dictionary, DDL, standard naming convention and Data quality assurance. - May be responsible for transition change management including preparing the organization for deployment by develop training materials and troubleshooting guides, coordinating end user training, conducting train-the-trainer sessions, and in some cases delivering training. - Provide production support through stabilization and may support production escalation.

Qualification: You should possess a Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Software En gineering, Computer Information System, Electrical Engineering, Management Inf ormation System or related majors. Additional qualifications include:

- Excellent communication, influencing skills, customer engagement, analytical and interpersonal skills - Familiar with software development life cycle and other software engineering concepts and knowledge - Familiar with Database Technologies and latest application technologies - Familiar with SQL, C#, asp.net framework - Comfortable with working in a fast paced and diversified team environment - Comfortable with multitasking and dealing with ambiguity - Good sense of team work, quality and discipline - Fluent in both Mandarin and English
