Key Responsibilities:
(A) Collect / consolidate / analyze the related data from SG China Entities fo
r building and following-up the Delegation monthly reporting:
-Soda Ash
-Other Materials
-Energies
-Transport
-Etc.
(B) Handle general affairs and provide general assistance to the team of SG C
hina Delegation Purchasing Department
-General assistance to the team and related visitors: translation / interpret
er, trip schedule, meeting or training preparation / organization, hotel & tic
kets booking, external guests reception etc.

Qualification Requirements：
- University Student: 3rd year or above, in Supply Chain / Logistics, Economy
/Finance/ Business Management, Engineering etc.
- Good English (oral and written), French is a plus.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Active, open
- Well organized
- Good skills of internal and external communication
- Good rigor and chariness.
- Good esprit of team & service.
- Good integrity and reliability.
