Position 5: Intern – SQA
The position is for part-time Quality Assurance engineer with a passion and commitment to developing quality software through quality assurance best practices. The candidate should have certain understanding of software QA methodologies and process.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, execute and maintain black box, grey box and API test strategies for new and existing Autodesk ICP Group products.
- Develop, execute and maintain software test designs and test suites will include both GUI and API level tests(C#, .Net, PHP and etc.)
- Report defects/issues and verify code fixes during the release cycle.
- Develop and implement automation tests to increase effective regression coverage.
- Participates in estimating and planning software testing tasks for themselves.
- Logs defects in database for tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
- The 1st or 2nd year student of Master Degree or 3rd year student of Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related.
- On-site work at least 4 working days a week.
- Solid background in Software Engineering or/and Quality Assurance techniques, process, practices and methodologies.
- Solid understanding of C# or .NET or Java or PHP programming
- Familiar with SQL Server, Oracle, and other RDBMS.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting technical problems.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
