Job Description:
This internship role will focus on execution for marketing programs, communica
tion with event vendors and maintaining customer database. The role will provi
de the candidate valuable experience in managing strategic issues, develop rel
ationships and mentorship from senior marketing and sales managers for the int
erns educational and career development. It also allows the candidate to gai
n exposure to many functional areas of pharmaceutical business.
Key responsibilities include:
• Working with marketing colleagues during preparation of marketing eve
nts, such as communicate with vendors in planning event agenda and logistic ar
rangement, editing visual and communication materials, summarizing customer/pa
rtner feedbacks, analyzing marketing and competitive information, etc;
• Maintaining and updating customer database, collecting and categorizin
g market intelligence, etc.
• Responsibilities could be enlarged accordingly to candidates skills
and performances.
Job Requirements:
Ongoing university student, majored in pharmacy, marketing, business managemen
t, information technology or English preferred
• Ability to work within set time/effort/quality constraints
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders
• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
• Attention to details
• Quick learner, initiative, self motivated
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Good computer skills with other MS Office, e.g. word, exce
l, PowerPoint
• Can work on a full time basis (>3 days per week) for the n
ext six months
