Since Chardan entered into China market in 2003, we have successfully facilitated
funding of over USD 1 billion for Chinese companies from Mainland China, Hong
Kong and US Markets through IPO, Private Placement, SPAC, PIPE and Secondary
Offering.
We Are now looing for two interns to join our Research Department.
Role and Responsibility:
Support equity research, screening, fundamentals, valuation, modeling, etc.
Undertake specific industry research as a full time analyst, providing wide scope
observation and feasibility analysis for potential investment.
Regular communication with other departments and participate in group meeting.
Miscellaneous office work.
Requirements:
Senior in undergraduate/1-year postgraduate student for top universities.
Relative equity research/consulting house experience is preferred.
Excellent written and oral skills in both English and Chinese.
Oversea education/work background is a plus.
Dedicated, smart, responsible and a team player.
Minimum 3 days a week, 3 months period.
Located in Beijing.
