人力資源部-招聘系統(tǒng)與操作 實習(xí)生 (大三/研一優(yōu)先考慮）
HR Intern - Recruitment System and Operation
Period: 4-6 months internship

R&R:
 Maintain the recruitment system and preserve requisition data
 Assist Talent Acquisition department to sort out application documents and create candidate profile in database
 Answer questions from business users and TA members and provide solutions to various problems
 Analyze system functionality and identify gap
 Support other assigned operation work in TA function

Requirements:
 Bachelor degree in human resource, computer science or equivalent experience is preferred
 Some knowledge of system operation and methodologies
 Team oriented and strong spirit of service
 Highly self-motivated with can-do attitude
 Good communication and written skill in both English and Mandarin.

 At least 4 working days per week
