1.新托福口語考試的介紹
每個考生的考試錄音都至少有三個以上的評分老師進行評估，而且有的時候一個考生的同一個部分的評估也由兩個評分教師評估，這樣來保證學生分數的公正性。考生的分數范圍是0-4分，4分為滿分，0分是考試沒做任何回答。考完之后，ETS在線評估要把考生的分數分別從0-4分轉換成0-30分，這樣就是大家的托�？谡Z成績。我們會在后面介紹分數是如何被轉換的。評估教師主要是在Topic Development， Delivery and Language Use這三個方面進行評估。
第一、在考生的學術能力方面：有關考生的Topic Development， 評估老師主要的衡量標準是考生有沒有很好的處理考試中出現的話題，并評估考生是否具備討論與話題相關信息的能力。在口語考試的后面四個Tasks，評估教師還要就考生是否具備對話題的Synthesize和Summarize的能力進行評估，就是我們在口語透析(一)中給大家介紹的幾個方面的能力。Synthesize的主要意思是to form by combining parts of elements，考生要做的是根據考試中出現的信息，形成自己對事情的看法。Summarize的主要意思是to comprehensively and briefly abstract the topic， 考生需要做的是全面，簡短的總結考試中出現的場景或學術lectures中的要點并能最終表述出來。
第二、在考生的語言表達能力方面：有關考生的Delivery方面的能力，評估教師主要在考生語言表述能力上的評分�？忌挠⒄Z表述是否清楚、流暢，并且在整個口語考試過程之中，考生整體上的口語考試部分的表現是否具備整體上的一致性和可理解性。這里邊，需要強調的是“一致性”指的兩層意思。首先是考生在整體口語考試的過程中，口語整體的上表現水平。其次是考生在語言層面上對話題的闡述具有一致性。也就是考生的口語具備連貫性和邏輯性。有關Language Use方面，評估教師主要在語言的準確性方面對考生的Response進行評估，如語法及語言使用準確性方面等等。這三個方面是評估教師的主要出發(fā)點。
2.托�？谡Z取勝的關鍵
1、減少口頭禪
托�？谡Z考試對考生挑戰(zhàn)性的一點是考生幾乎沒有深入思考的時間，從給出題目到開始考試，只有短短的15秒鐘，卻要求在45秒鐘之內給出一個有頭有尾的完整回答。老師說，托�？荚囀菍忌⒄Z素質的考察，很多考生面對計算機，不自覺就會出現很多口頭禪，有英文的：well，you know等或者毫無意義的“啊、嗯”的音節(jié)，更有甚者，將自己的中文口頭禪也說出來。這些無意義的詞語出現在只有45秒的口語答案中，很具殺傷力。
老師建議考生在答題時盡量放松心情，發(fā)音能讓人聽懂就可以�？忌鷮τ诳谡Z題的準備應主要集中在人、地、物、事幾個大方面，可以提前準備一些相關的句型，考試的時候適當代入。考生盡量在45秒的答題時間內，充分展示自己的詞匯量，做到流利準確。
2、多說多反饋
很多人都知道英語要多說，但是真正做到每天都說的人很少。建議考生多做題，每天至少大聲說足20分鐘。光說還不行，要與人對話、與電腦對話，盡可能多地獲得反饋。如果能夠讓老師聽，指出發(fā)音或語法錯誤是。最簡單的反饋是將自己說的英語做錄音后，反復聽，檢查錯誤。指出只說不反饋，永遠不會進步。
最后，總結說，托福備考是一個很乏味的過程，除了反復做題外，口語和寫作還要積極獲得各種反饋。一定要有堅持到底的信念，態(tài)度很關鍵，每天做足練習，不要輕言放棄。只有堅持到最后，才能獲得成功。
3.托�？谡Z的考試時間
新托�？谡Z考試讓很多的考生頭疼不已，那么我們在托�？谡Z的考試中怎樣考出優(yōu)異的成績呢？新托�？谡Z考試一共6個題目，其中1、2題為獨立回答題。
第3、4題要求考生先閱讀一段文字，然后再聽一段與閱讀文字在內容上相關的聽力材料，最后考生按照要求回答相關問題。下面小編就為大家?guī)硗懈？谡Z時間怎樣分配的解析內容。
它們分別是情景題和學術題。最后的5、6道以聽力材料為基礎，要求考生回答相關問題。首先，考生掌控時間能力的強弱對這個部分成績的高低有著直接影響。前兩道題的準備時間為15秒，回答時間是45秒;3、4題的準備時間是30秒，回答時間則是60秒;最后兩道題目的準備時間是20秒，回答時間為60秒。大部分考生都反映口語部分的準備時間利用效率低、做答倉促。新托福口語考試時間比較緊張，考生要適度把握：
如第1、2中的題目屬于日常話題，這兩道題本身難度比較小，所以特別需要注意的就是時間的分配問題，在這45秒鐘里，一般用5～6秒完成topic sentence， 接下來的40秒應以每一個detail或者example不超過3～4句話的規(guī)律完成該話題，也就是說大致20秒完成一個detail或example的表述。如果考生能在考前進行充分的準備，鍛煉自己的口語思維，積累常用的details或examples，考試時就會從容許多。
4.托�？谡Z邏輯框架的介紹
西方人說話之所以能夠脫口而出、條理清晰，是因為他們在表達時都會事先在頭腦中形成大致的一個邏輯框架，即對開頭、中間和結尾進行規(guī)劃。如果考生們能以這樣的思維方式和邏輯與考官的思想達成共識，離高分也就近了一步。
大家都知道，在口語考試的6個Task中，前2個是Independent Task，后4個為Integrated Task.前面2個可以直接根據指令來回答問題，而后面的4個要以綜合聽力和閱讀的內容作答。
在Task 5的時候，加入的是聽力的內容，也就是先聽對話，再根據對話內容回答問題，準備時間為20秒，答題時間為60秒。
Task 5作為4個Integrated Task中一個詢問考生觀點的題目，自然要求考生觀點闡述相對于內容要更為簡單些。因此，攻破這關的要點應按照“復述問題-復述方案-選擇方案-闡明理由”的步驟來進行，而這個步驟也就是我們開頭所提到的邏輯框架。

Well， I wanna talk about my first boating in a lake.Actually it was a big fish pond and the contractor didn‘t allow boating in his lake.But a fellow of mine and I disanchored his boat and pulled the boat to the middle of the lake. We were very excited thatwe splashed water to each other. And suddenly， a big fish jumped out of the water and we became more excited and we began to strike the water surface with the paddles. To our surprise more and more fishes jumped out of the water and some of them jumped into the boat. We were so excited that we exclaimed cheerfully. Later we were reprimanded by the contractor severely but we really had a good time.

Well， first of all， I would like to establish an education fund for the children in Sichuan Province whose houses were damaged in the earthquake to make sure they could receive a good education. If they were well-educated they might lead a happy life in the future.And of course I would set up a company in my hometown to improve the local economy.
