　　(1) Arbitration: All disputes in connection with this contract or the execution thereof shall be settled by negotiation between the two parties .If no settlement can be reached, the case in dispute shall then be submitted to arbitration in the country of defendant in accordance with the arbitration regulations of the arbitration organization of the defendant country .The decision made by the arbitration organization shall be taken as final and binding upon both parties.

　　The arbitration expenses shall be borne by the losing party unless otherwise awarded by the arbitration organization.

　　(2) The Buyers are requested to sign and return one copy of this sales confirmation immediately after receipt of the same. Objection, if any, should be raised by the Buyers within five days after the receipt of this sales confirmation, in the absence of which it is understood that the Buyers have accepted the terms and conditions of the sales confirmation.

　　(1)仲裁：凡因與本合同有關(guān)事項或執(zhí)行本合同所發(fā)的爭執(zhí)應(yīng)當(dāng)通過雙方協(xié)商解決，若不能解決，應(yīng)當(dāng)提交被告所在國，依據(jù)被告所在國仲裁機構(gòu)規(guī)則進行仲裁，仲裁機構(gòu)的裁定是最終的，雙方均有約束力。除仲裁機構(gòu)另有裁定外，仲裁費由敗訴方承擔(dān)。

　　(2)買方收到成交確認(rèn)書應(yīng)立即回簽一份。如有異議買方必須在收到成交確認(rèn)書5日內(nèi)提出，否則視買方已接受成交確認(rèn)書的條款。
