　　These days, more people can enjoy the freedom in selecting where to live or work due to the development of transport method and communication technology. I believe that this has more benefits than drawbacks.

　　Granted, with the availability of new transport and communication technology, people could have more options of places that they would like to live or work without concerning about regional limits. This guarantees the opportunity to see and know other parts of the world and the way people live. For example, people from the West often go to work in Asia or the Middle East and visa-versa. This enriches many people’s lives as they get to learn about other languages, traditions, cultures and different ways of working from their own country.

　　Furthermore, living in different cities greatly enriches one’s experience of the world. Hence, one can embrace brighter career and enjoy precious memory in the future. Last，to take up jobs in diverse cities enables one to enlarge his or her circle of friends so that one could establish well-connected interpersonal network. A better personal resource, to some extent, means more golden chances of job-promotion, comfortable salary and even the room for career achievements.

　　Nonetheless, this may also cause some unnecessary problems. No matter how advanced it is, communication technology can never be better than face to face contact. It may not deliver messages as well as face to face contact does. Additionally, it might be hard for people to obtain the sense of happiness and secure stable life if they change place of working too quickly.

　　Overall, my stand is that people are supposed to take advantage of the development of transport and communication technology, because this could be the best approach for people to deepen their insight into what they are hoping to do with their lives.
