　　Outdated fees
　　On April 23, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology encouraged telecommunication company to abolish domestic roaming fees for mobile phone calls. The charges have existed for more than two decades. Canceling these fees is expected to facilitate economic integration and increase communication across the country.
　　工信部于4月23日表示，鼓勵(lì)電信公司取消移動(dòng)電話的國(guó)內(nèi)漫游費(fèi)用。國(guó)內(nèi)漫游費(fèi)伴隨了手機(jī)用戶20多年，取消該項(xiàng)收費(fèi)有望促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化、加強(qiáng)全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)各項(xiàng)交流。
　　區(qū)域內(nèi)漫游費(fèi)用(regional roaming service fee/roaming fees/roaming charges)因存在多年且不符合當(dāng)下國(guó)情而被網(wǎng)友戲稱為“化石費(fèi)用”。
