The following significant changes are due to be laid before Parliament on Nov 22, 2012 and are scheduled to come into force on 13 December 2012:
Investors
· Funds invested by a Tier 1 Investor in accordance with their visa requirements must be custodised in the UK and not offshore;
· Investments made by a Tier 1 Investor in accordance with their visa requirements may not be used as security for a loan.
