This Software test position is in support of Cisco’s Internet of Things (IoT)
initiatives. This position will reside within the IoT Systems and Software Gr
oup (IoT SSG); however, the candidate will be required to work collaboratively
across various technology organizations.
The Team
Are you a hands-on, technical networking professional that is passionate about
delivering high quality products and systems? You will be working with a worl
d-class team of like-minded individuals, helping set the foundation for IoT Ac
cess Point Product.
Role & Responsibilities
Specific job responsibilities may include:
• Participate and work closely with developers at various stages
• Design and maintain automation toolkit
• Assist development engineers in product defect diagnosis.
• Work with fellow test engineers in testing and script development effo
rts by performing code reviews and assisting in debugging efforts.
Desired Skills
• Good at programming with C/C , Python is a plus
• Basic Layer2/Layer3 networking knowledge is a plus
• Familiar with Django is a plus
Others
• Be on-site working at least three days per week for half a year
