　Faced with the choice whether graduates should work in a state-owned business or in a joint venture, some students would like to choose the former, regarding such work as a lifelong employment. However, as far as I am concerned, I prefer a joint venture for the following reasons.

　　First and foremost, it appears to me that joint venture appeals to me greatly for its relaxing and challenging atmosphere. Such enterprise means a place where one can get promoted due to his excellent performance. On the other hand, as for me, secure as the job in a state-owned business, it is not fit for those who are eager to enjoy a challenging life.

　　In a word, there is no absolutely proper standard for everyone to choose a joint venture instead of the other. I do believe that every road can lead to Rome as long as they choose the most suitable work to do.
