在“it is first/second...time that...�！被蛟凇癷t/this/that is the +級+名詞+that...。”結(jié)構(gòu)中，that從句中的動詞常用現(xiàn)在完成時;在“it + be ...+since從句”這一結(jié)構(gòu)中，be可用一般現(xiàn)在時或現(xiàn)在完成時，since從句一般用過去時。
