QC Technician 職位描述：
Position Purpose:
To assist and provide support for quality control.
Principal Accountabilities:
60%
• Conduct raw material& product sampling and inspection.
• Evaluate the physical characteristics of raw materials and products.
• Perform routine quantitative and qualitative chemical or biological analysis of raw material and finish product.
• Record test results, prepare COA for customer.
• Support RDA sample technical reports, including conclusions and recommendations.
• Prepare chemical solutions for tests.
• Follow instructions and checklists to set-up equipment and apparatus
• Product Shelf-life routine sample management.
• Lab housekeeping maintenance.
30%
• Support QC supervisor to implement and improve the GLP.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on laboratory equipment to ensure it’s in good working condition.
• Lab chemical management including MSDS collection, monthly inventory check.
• Conduct QC record and worksheet document update.

Qualification:
Required
1. Bachelor Degree in Sciences (Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or similar).
2. Good learning and research skill.
3. Good communication skill, organizational skill.
4. Proficient computer skills (word processing and spreadsheets).
5. Cooperative attitude with team-oriented disposition.
Preferred:
1. Academy or University degree. technological academy or equal degree in analysis or relevant work experiences (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or similar).
2. 1 year’s work experience as lab technician in food or additive industry.
3. Familiar with testing facility and testing practice.
