Key responsibilities:
• Create and maintain the line layouts.
• Transfer of PII’s from PII system (e.g. PPA/Team Center) to used balancing system.
• Preparation of balance sheets and workstation kinematics.
• Checking and performing SAM analysis (time studies) for non-value added operations, under the responsibility of the process engineers.
• Keep balancing system up-to-date and process operator instructions.
• Assisting in the preparation and introduction of rebalances and process optimization.
• Performing process testing on line.
• Generate opportunities and develop proposals for improvement.
• Physical analysis and optimization of production workstations.
• Communication to Team Leaders.
• Responsible for delivery of all main tasks within responsible area.
• Responsible for following of standard processes, methods and tools within Industrial Engineering and Production.
Qualification:
1、本科及研究生學(xué)歷，2017年畢業(yè)可優(yōu)先考慮，表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀有轉(zhuǎn)正機(jī)會;
2、英語口語良好，可作為工作語言;
3、工業(yè)工程專業(yè)或機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè);
4、畢業(yè)前能保證每周五天工作;
