Job Title: Finance assistant-AR
Reports to: Finance Manager, China
Brief Description of Roles (i.e. purpose of role)
1. Manage the process of income checking in Swift XP tank system
2. AR accountant routine
3. GL or FM ad hoc supporting
Key Activities & Responsibilities
Key Activity 1 – Swift XP maintenance Approx. % time
• PARTICIPATE IN THE OPTIMIZATION OF TANK SYSTEM TO SUIT AR & ACCOUNTING 30%
Key Activity 2 – AR routine 60%
• APPROVE & BOOK AR INVOICE IN CORRECT ACCOUNTING PERIOD
• PROVIDE AR AGING REPORT IN REGULAR
• TRACK THE AR RECEIPT AND COMPLETE AR SETTLEMENT.
• MAINTAIN AND GENERATE THE CORRECT VOUCHER BY INTERFACE
• OTHER ASSIGNMENTS
Key Activity 3 – GL supporting 10%
• PREPARE MANAGEMENT REPORT FOR AR PART MONTHLY
• AD HOC SUPPORT-TAX OR BANK
Desired Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelor degree prefer major in accounting or finance
2. 1-2 years AP accountant experience in foreign-owned
3. Familiar with Mircosoft Word, Excel and ERP U8 system
4. Fluent of writing English
5. Good communication skill, strong team player
6. Be independent and can work under pressure
