　　采購(gòu)部實(shí)習(xí)生 職位描述：

　　Receive MRP from MUS and communicate with supplier to get feedback. To take actions and solve potential supply risks visualized from suppliers’ feedback

　　To analyze MRP and suppliers buffer level, define potential risks in advance, and find out potential alternative solution to secure the on-time delivery.

　　Provide material status to production planning officer and capability management officer.

　　Solve material shortage, escalate critical shortage to Material Manager and closely follow up the status.

　　Create purchase order to relevant supplier for bringing in material to meet customer order requirement and maintain purchase order related information in MUS system in accurate status.

　　Measure supplier’s performance on monthly basis

　　Liaise with the Import&Export Officer and Warehouse to ensure shipment arrival SEC on time.

　　Return claim goods to supplier.

　　Review buffer level monthly

　　Follow the principle of ABC classification, monitor his/her responsible product inventory to avoid excess, obsolete material
