Location: Qingdao Job Responsibilities崗位職責:
1. Planning, preparing and delivering A-level lessons to a range of classes operated by Kaplan Qingdao centre負責為青島中心相關班級準備學科教學方案和授課。2. Marking work, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records of students’ progress and development;針對學生學習和發(fā)展進行及時的溝通反饋并做好相關的記錄；3. Helping students in all areas of the curriculum;就所有學科內的知識/內容對學生進行輔導和支持；4. Researching new topic areas and maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge;參與/進行教學科研并不斷更新學科專業(yè)知識；5. Selecting and using a range of different learning resources and equipment;能夠選擇、使用各種教學資源和設備已輔助教學任務，提高教學質量；
6. Undertaking pastoral duties, such as taking on the role of tutor, and supporting students on an individual basis through academic or personal difficulties;負責/協(xié)助與學生/教學相關的其他工作：擔當部分班主任的職能、或學生在學習或生活上遇到困難時給予及時的幫助；7. Preparing students for A-level examinations, and administering and invigilating on some of these examinations;參與/負責A Level/（即其他）項目的考試任務并承擔考試的監(jiān)考等相關工作；8. Managing students’ behavior in the classroom and on school premises, and applying appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehavior;引導管理學生在校內或課堂的行為，能有采取有效的方式以避免不當行為的發(fā)生；9. Participating in and organizing extracurricular activities;參與或組織學生課外活動；10. Participating in departmental meetings, parents' meetings and whole school training events, and contacting parents for updating students’ academic performance;參加部門內部會議、家長會及學校的培訓活動；向家長就學生的新學生情況進行持續(xù)反饋；11. Liaising with other professionals, such as student services, marketing, sales, and human resource and admin officers;與學校其他部門進行溝通和配合；12. Undergoing regular observations and participating in regular in-service training (INSET) as part of continuing professional development (CPD).參與學校/項目安排的在崗培訓及員工發(fā)展計劃；13.Other duties assinged by direct supervisor.接受上級安排的其他工作；
Job Requirements:崗位要求
1. Postgraduate degree on required subject or relevant qualification, postgraduate degree are preferred.正規(guī)院校數(shù)學相關專業(yè)碩士及以上學歷優(yōu)先；2. 2+years teaching experience;Teachers with A-level teaching experience or have overseas education or teaching experience will be preferred; 兩年以上教學經驗;有A level項目教學經驗或具有海外教育背景的將優(yōu)先考慮；3. Strong English background,can cunduct English teaching in Class.; 優(yōu)秀的言語（英語）能力，能夠進行全英文授課；4. Excellent communication skills and team interaction skills; 良好的溝通和團隊合作；5. Diligent and patient, with attention to detail and the ability to handling multiple assignments effectively;工作認真、有耐心，關注細節(jié)并能夠同時有效處理多個工作任務；6. Strong student management skill and experience are preferred. 有較強的學生管理經驗優(yōu)先；
