Responsibilities
1.Perform local office IT support primary assisting the hardware and software related issues;
2.Support for employees requiring technical help with desktop and laptop issues;
3.Provide support to users with LAN/WAN and/or VPN issues;
4.Ability to configure, upgrades, and relocate PC hardware, software and print devices;
5.Walk-up support for employees who require immediate attention;
6.Support and mentor new employees in proper system usage and security;
7.Requires keeping tracks and assists company IT related fixed asset management;
8.Perform daily system backup process.
Qualifications
1.Knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 2003, PC hardware installation and configuration;
2.Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking;
3.Outstanding customer service and interaction.
