Position: Account Service 賬戶服務(wù), Shanghai Jingan Sub-Branch 

Job Responsibilities: 

- Assist in account opening and management for both corporate & personal clients 
- To establish and maintain good relationship with non-lending corporate clients. 
- To answer customer enquiries about banking operation and products. 
- To cross sell Bank products and services to corporate clients 
- To maximize customer profitability through strong relationship management. 
- Responsible for preparing periodic and ad-hoc reports to local authorities. 
- To ensure compliance with proper internal control procedures and the reporting requirements of PBOC and SAFE. 

Job Requirements: 

- Bachelor degree from a recognized university. 
- At least 2 years banking customer services experience 
- Solid knowledge on counter operations and banking products. 
- Ability to work independently, good selling skills are required. 
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
- Excellent spoken and written English.
