General Mission The technician of Textile department contributes to the successful operation of orders through checking, explaining and confirming the compliance of customers’ requirements with samples and products. In addition, he takes the long-term mission of training buyers and suppliers by his professional knowledge in textile to assist them to understand and develop the capability of adapting to European Textile Market.
Functions Size measurement : - Take measurement and validation on SSS as per size chart for each order before production. Make modification on size chart except French order (excluding shoes).
Labdips confirmation - Select and confirm the most suitable and favorable labdip from color swatches A/B/C delivered by vendor for each order except French order before production (including shoes).
PPS confirmation - Validation on PPS (including shoes) for each order before production. Check the content of conformity for : Style/fabric, accessory and trimming/color, or weight of knitted fabric Labeling including care label, brand label, size label, hang-tag(barcode/sotry) and additional label &hang-tag. Workmanship, appearance on PPS - Provide the comments against discrepancy concerned any above listed non conformity and validate.
Production schedule validation - Check the production capability and specialized products refer to factory
All the activities should be on the basis of Auchan Rules
