職位描述：Job responsibilities:
1.Conducts regular inspections on bank’s properties, and ensure the operation and maintenance of all facilities are in order.
2.Propose possible maintenance and improvement programs in order to maintain and upgrade the properties.
3.Co-ordinate the rectification of defects related to facilities, and ensures the fulfillment of property service goals.
4.Ensure all maintenance contracts are executed efficiently to the best interest of the Bank. Conduct cost control in all aspects of 
works to the best interest of the bank. 
5.Maintain updated as-built drawings of properties.
6.Provide support to the branch/sub-branches on facility related issues.
7.Assist in the project management works.

Job Requirements: 
1.Bachelor Degree in mechanical and electrical engineering, or building services engineering related major.
2.Minimum 3 years' facility management experience
3.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
