　　工作地點(diǎn)：武漢

　　POSITION SCOPE:

　　To support daily job of materials planners, including keep documents in file, daily for purchase order information tracking list, payment issue tracking and support to materials planners for payment issues, and etc.

　　KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

　　Daily collect purchase orders from planners and keep in file.

　　Daily print out invoices and Customs drafts for imported materials sent from materials planners and keep all documents in file.

　　Daily input purchase order information for all parts under EXW terms in PO Tracking List and Import Tracking List.

　　Daily input foreign exchange payment details into Foreign Exchange Payment Tracking List.

　　Match purchase orders with invoices and Customs drafts and packing list for imported Customs clearance support and payment support.

　　Finish monthly material shortage report.

　　Co-ordinate open PO review, GRNI review, AP issue review and maintain review comments in those reports.

　　Daily collect invoices and express invoices to CBS Tianjin.

　　QUALIFICATION:

　　Major in commercial business or international trade will be preferred.

　　Good reading English
