　　招聘職位：國際保單核保員

　　(其中一個(gè)職位考慮工科專業(yè)的學(xué)生，另外兩個(gè)職位考慮法律、金融、經(jīng)管、英語專業(yè)的學(xué)生)

　　截止時(shí)間： 2013/8/18

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide an effective and efficient administration and processing service to underwriting and brokers/clients.

　　This includes but not limited to :

　　1.Reviewing and analysis of underwriting materials for the booking of IIP risk;

　　2.Data collection & input into applicable IT systems / databases;

　　3.Liaising with broker/clients/underwriters for completeness of information to book the risk/issuance of IIP policy;

　　4.Handling of IIP accounts queries;

　　5.Timely and accurate issuance of IIP contractual documentation for the various LoBs within GCU

　　6.Follow up on payment of outstanding SOE premiums upon notification from Accounts

　　Requirements:

　　1.Bachelor degree or above. Major in Law, Insurance, Finance or Engineering is preferable.

　　0-3 years’ experience of policy administration, preferably in an underwriting support function, handling the processing of International Insurance Program. Alternatively, 0-3 years’ experience of underwriting and administering commercial business at junior level.

　　2.Basic understanding of LoB products and portfolio preferred

　　3.Basic understanding of regional / local LoB insurance markets and competitor landscape preferred

　　4.Experience working in complex, global matrix organization preferred

　　5.Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office applications and experience of mainframe administration.

　　6.Ability to continuously develop technical and systems knowledge, business and insurance understanding

　　7.Basic understanding in relevant products, wordings, terms and conditions and coverages

　　8.Basic understanding of policy administration life cycle (new business/renewal/endorsement), including information collection, policy issuance, premium bookings.

　　9.Completion of a recognized insurance qualification (or equivalent in the Financial sector), O/A Level, Diploma or University Degree

　　10.Knowledge of insurance terms in English. Ability to understand recurrent phrases / vocabulary (written & oral) used and ability to use same in written and verbal communication
