收據(jù)種類(lèi)很多，有收條、借據(jù)、訂閱單、訂貨單等，是在跟對(duì)方發(fā)生錢(qián)和物的叵凳斃錘對(duì)方作為憑據(jù)的條子，起書(shū)面證據(jù)作用。在寫(xiě)借據(jù)、收條時(shí)，寫(xiě)字據(jù)的日期寫(xiě)于右上角，然后寫(xiě)明是“借”還是“收到”，“借”、“還”錢(qián)或物的名稱(chēng)和數(shù)量。立據(jù)人寫(xiě)于右下角？

例一：借款。

I. O. U.＝ I owe you 也可寫(xiě)成IOU， 即“我欠你”的意思，譯成漢語(yǔ)為“今欠”、“今借到”。
