Job Duties:
1.Receive and transfer incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
2.Act as receptionist and direct visiting customers' enquiries to the appropriate staff for further handling.
3.Sort out and acknowledge the incoming express mail, parcels and registered letters

Job Requirements
1. Good command of both oral and written English;
2. Good inter-personal and communication skills;
3. Valid student ID is a must;
4. Able to work 4 days per week, 5 days per week is preferred;
5. Internship period: at least 3 months;
6. Posting Deadline: 15 April
7. Location: Beijing COFCO Plaza
