Position: Intern for IP & Legal Assistant

Duration: 6 months, from April/2012

Locations: Schlumberger Beijing GeoScience Center, Tsinghua Science Park

Requirements:[/b]
- Can work 5 days per week with Supervisors permission, fulltime preferred;
- Major in Law, 1st or 2nd year graduate students preferred
- Good reading, written and oral communication skills in English
- Excellent paperwork and being able to pay attention to details
- Strong initiative and excellent team attitude/behavior
- Legal or intellectual property working experience not required but a plus

[b]Job Description:[/b]
Currently we have an opening for Internship for IP & Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate would help his/her supervisor to review contracts and provide legal advice for the company. In addition, the candidate will learn about intellectual property originated from Schlumberger employees and manage the intellectual property portfolio. Legal or intellectual property working experience is not required, but it is suggested that the candidate should have strong initiatives to learn and adapt to the company culture.
