Internship Period：From now – April 30 at least, full time internship

Commercial Due Diligence

A commercial due diligence is an appraisal that collects and utilises relevant data about the market in which a potential acquisition target operates to assess the business and competitive environment of a potential investment and the competitive strength of the target.

Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
- Help executing desktop research about market overview, regulations, key players etc.
- Collect & consolidate key information and data for the projects
- Analyze data and summarize key findings
- Interview the experts/players in the market
- Support other daily operating issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, commercial related background is preferred
- Strong logical thinking and good communication skills
- Good English ability in terms of both writing and speaking
- Commercial acumen
- Able to deal with high work pressure and work load
- Previous work experience is preferred
