倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理專員(進(jìn)出口管理)職位描述：
Primary Responsibilities:
Deal with logistics operations and related matters.
1. Closely worked with CSR Dept., 3PL warehouse & Transportation co. to arrange deliveries.
2. Track the on-time delivery to customers and report the delivery situation.
3. Prepare logistics related documents for bonded distribution & import declaration & CCC Exemption
4. Check the physical stock Q’ty in bonded/non-bonded warehouse and make sure of the veracity
5. Check relevant transportation fee from assigned Forwarder & Transportation co.
6. Internal EHS audit for 3PL Warehouse by monthly
7. To assist manager in preparing reports & KPI for review
8. Complete other tasks assigned

Qualifications Required:

Professional Competencies:
1. Overall 1-3 years working experience with at least 1 year above domestic/oversea transportation experiences.
2. Be familiar with customs clearance administrative procedure and differential import/export trading mode in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone.
3. Strong teamwork and communication skills in matrix working environment.
4. Be eager to learn new things and take challenges.
5. Proficiency in English and computer skills.
