職位描述及應(yīng)聘要求:
1. 參與3GPP RAN4 RF射頻指標(biāo)的制定，重點(diǎn)關(guān)注與UE或BS開發(fā)相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作；
2. 根據(jù)需求，進(jìn)行RF方面的仿真，對UE或BS的RF性能進(jìn)行評(píng)估；
3. 根據(jù)需求，參加3GPP RAN4會(huì)議，對LTE/LTE-A相關(guān)的RF的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化問題進(jìn)行分析，提交RF相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化提案。

工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)與能力要求：
1. 碩士或以上學(xué)歷, 博士優(yōu)先。專業(yè)：通信，電子及相關(guān)專業(yè)。具備射頻以及天線背景者優(yōu)先
2. 熟悉并深刻理解3GPP射頻規(guī)范及3GPP RAN4 RF相關(guān)參數(shù)
3. 有射頻仿真經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
4. 同時(shí)熟悉3GPP 物理層規(guī)范的優(yōu)先
5. 有參加3GPP會(huì)議或國際化會(huì)議經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
6. 良好的英文書面和口語表達(dá)

待遇：面談，月薪10k-20k

Recruitment position: LTE/LTE-A standard RF Engineer
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Involved in the standardization activities to specify 3GPP RAN4 RF parameters, focusing on UE or BS associated standardization work
2. Run RF simulation according to 3GPP RAN4 requirement and evaluate RF performance of BS or UE
3. Take part in 3GPP RAN4 meeting, analyze issues associated with LTE/LTEA RF standardization activities and submit RF associated standard contributions

Work Experience & Abilities Required:
1. Master Degree or above; major in: telecommunications, or equivalent. Concrete background on RF antenna communication is preferred
2. Familiar and thorough knowledge of 3GPP RF specification and associated parameters
3. Working experience in RF simulation is preferred
4. Familiar with 3GPP Specification of physical layer is a plus
5. Experience of taking part in 3GPP or international meeting is a plus
6. Fluent in written and oral English
