BEC Preliminary聽、說、讀和寫四個部分。每一部分各占25%，總分為100%。 　　
通過成績(Passing Grades)有2個： 優(yōu)秀(Pass with Merit)和通過(Pass) 　　
未通過成績(Failing Grades)有2個：LEVEL A2和不及格(Fail)
